Terms and Conditions of Use and Service Disclaimer​

1. Acceptance of Terms: By accessing this website, submitting an application via the Rider Recruitment portal or providing any personal documentation, the user (“Applicant” or “User”) hereby enters into a legally binding agreement with Green Ezy . These terms govern the use of the website and the nature of the relationship during the preliminary recruitment and administrative phases. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease use of this platform.​

2. Nature of Recruitment and “Best Efforts” Clause Green Ezy: operates as a delivery service provider and labor facilitator. All recruitment activities, including but not limited to the review of CVs, interviews and potential job offers, are conducted on a “Best Efforts” basis. Green Ezy provides no guarantee, express or implied, that the submission of an application will result in a contract of employment or the issuance of a work permit.​

3. Visa Sponsorship and Government Regulatory Disclaimer: While Green Ezy facilitates residency and work permit formalities for eligible candidates, the final authority for all such approvals rests solely with the UAE Federal Authority for Identity and Citizenship (ICP), the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) and the Dubai Roads and Transport Authority (RTA).​

Green Ezy shall not be held liable for the rejection of any visa application.​

Green Ezy is not responsible for delays in processing caused by government system outages, security clearance protocols or changes in medical fitness requirements.​

Applicants acknowledge that government-mandated visa rules, profession quotas and nationality-based regulations are subject to change without prior notice, and Green Ezy is not liable for outcomes resulting from such changes.​

4. External Market Factors and Earnings Disclaimer: The delivery industry is characterized by high volatility and dependence on third-party aggregators. By using this site, you acknowledge that:​

Platform Control: Green Ezy acts as a logistics partner to platforms such as Noon, Talabat and Kareem. Green Ezy has no control over the “pay-per-delivery” rates, incentive structures or base wages established by these external platforms.​

Order Volume: The availability of work is determined by consumer demand and platform algorithms. Green Ezy does not guarantee a specific number of orders, daily delivery volume or a fixed monthly income beyond what is stipulated in a signed, formal employment contract.​

Economic Fluctuations: Green Ezy is not responsible for reduced earnings resulting from changes in platform service areas, shifts in consumer behavior or market saturation.​

5. Comprehensive Indemnity and Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, the User agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Green Ezy, its directors, partners and affiliates from any and all claims, damages, losses or expenses. This indemnity includes, but is not limited to, claims arising from:​

Any inaccuracy in the information provided on this website.​

Any technical errors in the data submission process.​

Any loss of opportunity or financial hardship resulting from a failed recruitment process or visa rejection.​

Any changes in UAE Labor Law or Federal Decrees that impact the feasibility of the delivery business model.​

6. Data Protection and Personal Information: By submitting sensitive documents (including but not limited to Passport copies, UAE ID copies and Driving Licenses), the User grants Green Ezy an irrevocable right to store and share this data with relevant government bodies and third-party logistics partners for the sole purpose of recruitment and operational compliance. Green Ezy employs standard security measures but is not liable for data breaches resulting from factors beyond its reasonable technological control.​

7. Modification of Terms and Governing Law: Green Ezy reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notification. Continued use of the website following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates.

8. Disclaimer regarding obtaining UAE driving license:  
Green Ezy facilitates and assists rider candidates in the process of obtaining a UAE Motorcycle Driving License through approved driving institutes. However, the duration, number of attempts and total cost involved in obtaining the license are entirely dependent on the individual candidate’s ability to understand and comply with UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations and to successfully clear the mandatory theory and practical tests conducted by the relevant licensing authorities.

The licensing process is also dependent on the candidate strictly following all written and verbal instructions issued from time to time by Green Ezy staff, driving school instructors and authority inspectors. Any failure, delay, negligence, non-compliance or inability on the part of the candidate to adhere to these instructions, traffic rules, or road safety norms may result in additional training, test attempts, extended timelines and increased costs. 

Green Ezy, its management, employees, affiliates or partners shall not be held responsible or liable for any delays, failures, additional costs or unsuccessful outcomes arising from the candidate’s performance, conduct, learning ability or non-compliance. No claims, reimbursements or legal demands shall be made against Green Ezy in this regard.

By applying for employment and/or proceeding with the motorcycle license facilitation process, the candidate acknowledges, accepts and agrees to the above terms and fully indemnifies and holds harmless Green Ezy, its staff and affiliates from any related claims, losses or liabilities.
